Through a gift on-line, via cheque or credit card you make an immediate impact on Glenora Farm’s ability to provide meaningful programs and activities for adults with special needs. Plus your gift help us to maintain our facilities, buy equipment and supplies to operate the farm and run the workshops.

Wish List

We welcome contributions towards items that will help us with these projects, including:

  • New Deer/Perimeter fence (~$12,000-$13,000) 14′ x 28′ 
  • Field Equipment Storage shed- for new walk-behind tractor and implements, field tools and equipment (~$4,000) 
  • Harvest hall needs light fixtures, insulation, wall coverings, bathroom with shower, commercial kitchen, septic system
  • Furnishings – (eg stainless tables, benches, sink) for vegetable wash and pack processing
  • Slatted storage crates for winter storage vegetables (~$1000) 
  • Caterpillar tunnel/small portable hoophouse (~$2000) 
  • 3 pt. hitch mounted undercutter bar (tractor implement for digging garlic and root crops in a single pass) ~$2000

Volunteer

Helping hands are welcome throughout the year. There are ample opportunities to lend a hand on the farm, in the garden, in our workshops, or with administrative tasks. Volunteer a couple of hours a week or more.
